The project “Sweet Home Sleep Center”, in a strong partnership with the City of Sweet Home, provides a needed low barrier housing solution. It strengthens collaboration and access between related social service agencies, Lebanon Samaritan Health Services, Linn Co. Public Health in the Linn County area.
